The idea
A mountain café
with a Thai pulse.
Distinctive yet approachable. Not a full-service Thai dining room. Not another breakfast burrito counter. The third thing Mammoth is missing.

Why this
Toast people photograph. Thai people actually want for lunch.
Shibuya honey toast started in Tokyo karaoke bars and became a Thai café obsession — thick milk bread, honey, ice cream, toppings you share with a spoon. It is special without being fussy. It is also something Mammoth does not have.
We serve Shibuya honey toast and the drinks — coffee, ceremonial matcha, Thai tea latte. Lunch is a hot bar you grab: khao mun gai, kaprao, moo dang, moo yang, sitting in the case like a good café market. Distinctive, still easy to walk into.
The bar is small on purpose: espresso, matcha, Thai tea latte. Hot with steamed milk, or iced with whipped cream. Ski town mornings start early. We will be open when they do.
The Outpost
Downtown Mammoth, finally getting a new pulse.
We’re aiming for The Outpost at 126 Old Mammoth Road — the former Mammoth Mall, reimagined as restaurant, retail, and outdoor dining in the heart of town. A café that can catch locals, lodging guests, and everyone coming off the mountain.
If the patio is available, we’ll take it. Toast in the sun is half the point.
